WOMEN'S YOGA
Women are wonderfully complex beings with different needs, wants and desires that fluctuate daily, weekly, monthly and throughout their lives - I see NO reason we should apologise for this, in fact I think we should embrace this as a way to improve our lives and our growth!
As such I run two different styles of women’s classes, both incorporating femining yoga principles but with a different vibe in each!
PERIOD POWER: HORMONAL BALANCING YOGA THAT EMBRACES THE MENSTRUAL CYCLE
Yes, I said it - embrace the menstrual cycle! It really does not have to be a curse ladies! These unique yoga classes will allow you to understand what’s going on in your body hormonally throughout the month and adapt your yoga throughout the menstrual cycle (or according to where you are in life, if you are perimenopausal or menopausal for instance).
This will help you to balance your hormones and bring stress relief, balance and comfort to your lives. Also, the community of women is pretty special too!
FEMININE STRENGTH: DYNAMIC, HEAT BUILDING, STRENGTHENING YOGA
This class focuses on building core strength in the body and stoking your internal fire. This is a ‘yang’ style yoga class, designed to bring energy, confidence, strength and balance to your beautiful feminine body.

I began attending Annie’s yoga classes in October 2019. I was going through some mental and hormonal issues and found the breathing exercises, and meditation made a large difference to my mood etc. I consider the other class members and Annie to be friends who I can turn to for support.
